ABOUT ME: Born in Okehampton Cottage Hospital in the early 1960s, my middle name, Finch, is in honour of my Grandmother. I lived at Cleave House Sticklepath attending the village Primary School followed by Edgehill College Bideford, then a Methodist Girl’s school sister to Shebbear College.

Since leaving Bristol University in 1984 I have worked in Wigan, Haverfordwest and Malawi. My main GP work has been in Hull and most recently Gloucester. Now retired I live in Thornton le Clay a village north of York.

In addition to family history and singing in a choir when allowed, I enjoy watching birds, doing 3 year old’s craft activities, and would like to know more about fungi!
